Lemon Crumb Dessert

Ingredients
  Lemon jello 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 3 1⁄3 Cup (53.33 tbs), chilled (2 Cans)
  Graham cracker crumbs 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Melted margarine 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve Jello, sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt in boiling water.
Add lemon juice.
Chill until very thick.
Add milk and whip until fluffy.
Meanwhile, mix margarine and cracker crumbs.
Press firmly into 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish, reserving about 1/2 cup for garnishing the top.
Pour in lemon mixture and chill.
