Lemon Crumb Dessert
|Lemon jello||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||3 1⁄3 Cup (53.33 tbs), chilled (2 Cans)|
|Graham cracker crumbs||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Melted margarine||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Dissolve Jello, sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt in boiling water.
Add lemon juice.
Chill until very thick.
Add milk and whip until fluffy.
Meanwhile, mix margarine and cracker crumbs.
Press firmly into 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish, reserving about 1/2 cup for garnishing the top.
Pour in lemon mixture and chill.
