Savory Lemon Pats

Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream margarine then gradually add the seasonings.
Cream constantly to blend ingredients and flavors.
Shape in a roll; wrap snugly; refrigerate.
Cut in pats and serve over hot grilled or broiled meat or fish.
