Stir Fry Shrimp the Latino Way

This is a quick and easy delicious dish to prepare
Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic cloves 10 , crushed
  Cumin 1 Pinch
  Annatto oil 2 Tablespoon
  Shrimp 2 Pound, washed, peeled, deveined
  Salt To Taste
  Red pepper 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Yellow onion 1 , chopped
  Red onion 1 , chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. Place a skillet on medium low and saute garlic in butter along with cumin and annatto oil until caramelized.
2. Add shrimp and stir to coat it well. Season with salt and stir fry for just 1 minute.
3. Stir in red onion, yellow onion, tomato, red pepper, and green pepper. Cover and let it sweat for 2 minutes. Stir again and cook for another 2 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve hot with steamed white rice.
