This Poor Man'S Lasagna is one of the yummiest lasagna I have tasted! I prepared this lasagna for a friends bachelor party and she hasn’t stopped bugging me for the recipe ever since. Try this wonderful Poor Man'S Lasagna for yourself.
  Hamburger 1 Pound
  Italian sausage 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), diced fine
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (2 Cans Of 4 Ounce Each)
  Egg noodles 8 Ounce (1 Package Krinkly Ones)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Green onions 6 , chopped finely
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Brown and drain hamburger and sausage.
Melt butter; add garlic.
Add salt, sugar and pepper.
Add tomato sauce; heat.
Cook and drain noodles.
Cream together sour cream, cottage cheese and green onions.
Place alayer of noodles in greased casserole; add a layer of meat sauce.
Sprinkle with cottage cheese and cream mixture; repeat.
Top with grated cheddar cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
