Classic Lasagne

Ingredients
For meat sauce
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Tomato sauce 24 Ounce (3 Cans Of 8 Ounce Each)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
For noodles and cheese
  Lasagne noodles 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Creamed cottage cheese 12 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs) (2 Cups)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Cook and stir meat and garlic in large skillet until meat is brown.
Drain off fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper and oregano leaves.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
While meat sauce is simmering, cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
Heat oven to 350°.
In ungreased baking pan, 13x9x2 inches, or baking dish, 11 3/4X 71/2 X 1 3/4 inches, layer half each of the noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese; repeat.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top.
Bake uncovered until hot and bubbly, about 40 minutes.
