Sausage Lasagne

Sausage Lasagne is rich with the Italian flavor and is something you got to try for sure. The rich tasting sauces, cheese flavor the Italian sausage in sich way that you can never have enough. Just give this yummy Sausage Lasagne a try.
Ingredients
  Lasagna noodles 4 Ounce
  Italian sausage 1⁄2 Pound
  Canned tomatoes 8 Ounce
  Canned tomato sauce with onion 8 Ounce
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Beaten egg 1
  Fresh ricotta cheese/Cream style cottage cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried parsley flakes 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sliced mozzarella cheese 6 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Advance preparation:
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Cook sausage till browned; drain off fat.
Mix sausage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and oregano.
Mix egg, ricotta or cottage cheese, Parmesan, and parsley.
Place half noodles in 10x6x2 inch baking dish.
Spread with half cheese mixture; top with half mozzarella.
Cover with half sausage mixture.
Repeat layers.
Cover; refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Before serving:
Bake, covered, at 375° about 50 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Serves 6.
