Baked Cheese Lasagna

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Canned tomato sauce 15 Ounce
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1
  Lasagna noodles 8 Ounce (0.5 Package)
  Egg To Taste, beaten
  Curd cream style cottage cheese 1 1⁄2 Large
  Mozzarella cheese 8 Ounce, sliced (1 Package)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic; add tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt to taste and pepper.
Simmer 1 hour.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain.
Combine egg, cottage cheese and 1 teaspoon salt; mix well.
Arrange alternate layers in greased 3-quart baking dish of half the noodles, half the meat sauce, half the cottage cheese, half the mozzarella and half the Parmesan cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
