Simple Lasagna

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic powder To Taste
  Parsley To Taste
  Canned tomato paste 12 Ounce
  Tomato paste 1 Can (10 oz)
  Lasagna noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1 Can (10 oz)
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown meat and onions; add garlic powder, parsley, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
Simmer 3 hours, adding water as needed.
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Place half the noodles in baking pan; cover with alternate layers of half the meat sauce and cottage cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with remaining noodles and remaining meat sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
