Lasagna Roll-Ups

Lasagna served in individual pieces is a fun dish to serve on a weeknight. This recipe is a traditional cheese lasagna, but feel to add meat, vegetables or even tofu to make it your own.
Ingredients
  Lasagna noodles 255 Gram (8)
  Ricotta cheese 8 Ounce
  Mozzarella cheese 4 Ounce, shredded
  Parmesan cheese 3 Ounce, shredded
  Eggs 1 , beaten
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 2 Tablespoon, chop (3-4 leaves)
  Marinara sauce 3 Cup (48 tbs), divided
For garnish
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, shredded (as needed)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Follow package direction and cook lasagna noodles.

MAKING
3. In a mixing bowl, add ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, salt, pepper and basil.
4. On a board place lasagna noodles, and spread cheese filling evenly on top of each noodles.
5. Spread 3/4 cup of marinara sauce on top of the cheese mixture. Roll lasagna noodles.
6. Take a 2 quart baking dish and pour 1/4 cup of marinara sauce at the bottom.
7. Place rolled lasagna noodles in the dish. Top rolls with the remaining marinara sauce.
8. Place the dish in oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the dish from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.

SERVING
9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve lasagna roll ups hot.
