Italian Lasagna

Simple and tasty, this wholesome Italian recipe for Lasagna tastes great and is really easy to make.
Ingredients
  Beef mince 500 Gram
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Carrot 1 , finely dice
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Bacon 100 Gram, cut into squares
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine 150 Milliliter
  Milk 150 Milliliter
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Oregano 2 Tablespoon
  Beef bouillon 1
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  White sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cheese 50 Gram
  Precooked pasta sheets 1 Packet
Directions

MAKING
1.In a pot, heat some oil and add the onion, garlic and bacon, stir it for 5 minutes.
2.Break the minced beef into the pan and add the diced carrots and tomatoes to it.
3.Pour the red wine into the pot, crumble the stock cube, add the nutmeg, oregano and a squirt of tomato puree.
4.Pour the milk , season with some salt and pepper and give it a good mix. Let it simmer for 40 minutes.
5.Meanwhile heat the oven to 180C.
6.Once the bolognese is cooked, in a bowl, layer the bolognese with pasta and vice versa till the top using cheese and white sauce.
7.Once completely layered, put in the oven for 30 minutes.

SERVING
8.Serve with a fresh leaf salad.
