|Beef mince||500 Gram|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Carrot||1 , finely dice|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
|Bacon||100 Gram, cut into squares|
|Tomato puree||1 Tablespoon|
|Red wine||150 Milliliter|
|Tomatoes||2 , chopped|
|White sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Precooked pasta sheets||1 Packet|
1.In a pot, heat some oil and add the onion, garlic and bacon, stir it for 5 minutes.
2.Break the minced beef into the pan and add the diced carrots and tomatoes to it.
3.Pour the red wine into the pot, crumble the stock cube, add the nutmeg, oregano and a squirt of tomato puree.
4.Pour the milk , season with some salt and pepper and give it a good mix. Let it simmer for 40 minutes.
5.Meanwhile heat the oven to 180C.
6.Once the bolognese is cooked, in a bowl, layer the bolognese with pasta and vice versa till the top using cheese and white sauce.
7.Once completely layered, put in the oven for 30 minutes.
8.Serve with a fresh leaf salad.
