Seafood Lasagna

Ingredients
  Lasagna noodles 8
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Cream style cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Dried basil 2 Tablespoon
  Cream of mushroom soup 2 Can (20 oz)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baby shrimp 1 Pound, cooked
  Fresh crab/1 can 6 ozs 1⁄2 Pound
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Sharp american cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F

MAKING
2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, then drain noodles well
3. Arrange 4 noodles in a 9"x13" baking dish
4. In a large saucepan, cook onions in butter until tender then blend in cream cheese; stir in cottage cheese, eggs, basil, salt and pepper
5. Spread half of the cheese sauce on noodles
6. Combine soup, milk and wine and stir in shrimp and crab
7. Spread half over cheese sauce, repeat the layers
8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake uncovered at 350°F tor 45 minutes
9. Top with American cheese and again bake 3-5 minutes morE
10. Let stand for 1 5 minutes before serving

SERVING
11. Serve with garlic bread on the side
12. Serve with a sauce of your choice
