This recipe is not the original, but is the one that my family and I love the most. This have fresh and special ingredients than others recipes. To get the best flavor in this recipe I recommend you to use Herb & garlic butter, bacon and fresh pasta. You also can add spinach, mushrooms and Béchamel sauce (instead of cream). I hope you like it.
Ingredients
  Minced beef 1 Pound
  Pasta sheets 1 Packet
  Diced potato 1
  Diced carrot 1
  Diced onion 1
  Tomaotes 1 , blend
  Sour cream 8 1⁄2 Ounce
Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Grated mozarrela 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt and pepper To Taste
  Italian spices To Taste
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING:
1)In a medium sauce pan melt the butter, and sweat the carrot, potato and onion season with salt and pepper, until softened. Add beef and check for the salt, pepper and throw in the italian spices.
2)Saute this mixture until brown and almost done.
3)Add tomatoes and let it simmer for a couple of minutes more and be sure to check for seasoning as you progress.
4)Grease a baking dish. Add some of the meat sauce at the bottom in order to avoid sticking to the bottom, lay a layer of pasta at the bottom, try to not leave holes. It is recommended to use this patorn for placing the pasta, first vertical and then horizontal, so the pasta doesn’t crumble.
5)Add meat over the pasta, add cream and cheese. Continue with pasta/meat/cream and cheese, until finishing with the meat.
6)Cover the whole final layer with cream, cheese and top with Parmesan cheese.
7)Bake at 480ºF for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and the pasta is cooked.

SERVING:
8)Serve hot cut into portions and enjoy!
