|Ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (Cooked)|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Eggs||8 , slightly beaten|
1. In a large pan, cook the ham and then add the green pepper to the same pan till cooked through.
2. Add the onions to the pan and cook again till tender
3. Stir the soup till smooth and add the eggs. Blend well and tip in the ham mixture
4. Cook over low heat till the eggs are set. Lift the eggs and allow the uncooked eggs to roll under the eggs so that they cook completely.
5. Serve hot
