A delicious Lasagna Recipe that is sure to please. Don't like eggplant? Use spinach or zucchini in place of Noodles for a healthier choice!
  Tomatoes 10 Medium
  Asparagus stalks 6
  Chopped mushrooms 15
  Eggplant 1
Green peppers 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hamburger 2 Pound
Cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon, mixed with mozzarella cheese
Mozzarella cheese 1 Tablespoon, mixed with cheddar cheese
  Dill 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon

Begin boiling water for Tomatoes. Pre-heat oven to 350 Celsius. When water is at a rolling boil, add tomatoes. (This may take one or two attempts, however continue using the same water. Do not drain it with each new batch of Tomatoes.)

About this time, the oven should be ready as well. Place garlic in garlic roaster and bake for 10 minutes. As you are waiting begin dicing, slicing, and grating all of the remaining vegetables, spices and cheese so you are ready to cook all at once.

After all of the tomatoes have been boiled, cool under cold water in the sink and peel skin off. Blend in the blender and place into large pot on medium high heat for continued cooking. Remove garlic from oven and peel off outer layers.

Leave oven heat on 350 Celsius. Place all hamburger onto a cookie sheet (or other cooking utensil) and begin cooking.

It is important that the tomatoes boil, as this will become your tomato paste. They are a water based vegetable (or fruit) so the tomatoes must boil to assist with the evaporation of additional water. Once the tomatoes have begun to boil, add your newly peeled garlic. The peppers, and all spices go into the pot at this time as well.

After 20 minutes of stirring, add the cooked hamburger. **It is essential that the hamburger be fully browned for best eating and nutritional values. Do not burn the hamburger.**

When your tomato paste is thoroughly combined, place an even layer on the bottom of a lasagna or cake plate. (Usually 9x13 will do it. Better yet, have two. This makes enough for two large pans.)Lasagna Recipe Once an even layer has been set, use your eggplant next. Cover the tomato paste with the eggplant just like you would normally do with lasagna noodles.

Cover the eggplant with more tomato paste until there is only a little room left at the top of the pan. Sprinkle the mixed cheeses over top so that there is no mixture showing.

Bake for an additional 15 minutes at 350 Celsius. That's it! Your done, and enjoy. This Lasagna Recipe is delicious and edible for the whole family.
