|Lasagna noodles||8 Ounce, cooked (1 Package)|
|Creamed cottage cheese||12 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Sliced mozzarella cheese||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1 Crumble sausage and ground beef into 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid.
2 Microwave about 6 to 8 minutes on HIGH, or until meat is browned; drain. Stir in soup, tomato sauce, mushrooms, seasoning mix and salt. Mix well. Layer in 12 x 7-inch glass baking dish: 1/3 cooked noodles, 1/3 meat mixture, 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. On third layer of noodles, spread last 1/3 meat mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with wax paper.
3 Microwave 25 to 40 minutes on 7 (MED. HIGH), or until hot in center (about 150°R). Let stand, covered, 5 to 10 minutes. Cut in squares and serve. 6 to 8 Servings
