Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
  Ground veal/Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mozzarella cheese 4 Ounce
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Canned mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Frozen spinach 10 Ounce, thawed, chopped (Or Fresh, 1 Package)
  Frozen spinach 10 Ounce, thawed and chopped (Or Fresh, 1 Package)
  Cottage cheese 6 Ounce
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

MAKING
2.In a saucepan, saute the onion.
3. Add in the ground meat and saute.
4. Now add in garlic salt, pepper, mushrooms, oregano, tomato sauce, basil and parsley.
5.In a mixing bowl, mix together cottage cheese and liquid obtained from squeezing spinach.
6.Take a 7X11 baking dish an dlaer with spinach mixture.
7. Follow this with meat mixture layer and a mozzarrella cheese layer.
8.Layer again and finally end with the hard cheese layer.
9.Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese melts and becomes bubbly and hot.

SERVING
10. Serve as desired.
