Mushroom Beef Lasagna

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Pound
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Tomato paste 1 Can (10 oz)
  Mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz)
  Mozzarella cheese 343 Gram
  Cottage cheese 500 Gram
  Egg 1
  Lasagna noodles 6
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Oregano 1 Dash
  Cooking oil 5 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

MAKING
2.In a saucepan, warm some oil and saute onion and garlic in it. Let them become translucent.
3.Now add in the ground meat and let brown.
4.Follow with tomato paste, tomato sauce and finally the mushrooms.
5.Stir cook and let simmer for 20 minutes.
6.Add in the seasoning.
7.Grate the mozarella and mix with egg and cottage cheese.
8. Take a 9x13 dish and layer with half of the sauce.
9. Top this with a layer of lasagna noodles.
10. Then layer with cottage cheese mixture.
11.Finally the noodle layer topped with sliced mozarella cheese.
12. Bake for 20 minutes.
13. Let cool.

SERVING
14. Serve as desired.
