It’s very hard to believe that you can have a healthy lasagna with sausage in it! This cheesy lasagna is Italian done right! Full of lean chicken sausage, whole-wheat noodles, mushrooms, spinach and low-fat ricotta, this is going to be a hit at the dinner table. A serving of this revamped version has about one-third the fat and saturated fat, and only half the calories of the original. Use soy-based sausage for a hearty vegetarian variation.
