Three Layer Lasagna
|Lasagna noodles||8 Ounce|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Ricotta cheese||1 Pound|
|Mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce, sliced|
|Tomato meat sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook noodles in boiling salted water for 25 minutes, or until tender, stirring frequently.
Drain; add oil.
Arrange noodles and remaining ingredients in shallow 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
Make 3 layers each of cooked noodles, ricotta, Mozzarella, Tomato-Meat Sauce, and grated cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated slow oven (325°F.) for about 45 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
