Italian Sausage Lasagna

Ingredients
  Chopped italian sausages 450 Gram
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Oregano 10 Milliliter
  Thyme 10 Milliliter
  Basil 10 Milliliter
  Peeled seeded chopped tomatoes 1 Liter
  Tomato paste 310 Milliliter
  Pasta dough 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in wide noodles (1 Quantity)
  Creamed cottage cheese 750 Milliliter
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 125 Milliliter
  Grated mozzarella 450 Gram
  Salt 3 Milliliter
  Pepper 3 Milliliter
Directions

Brown the sausage slowly in a Dutch oven.
Drain the excess fat.
Add the garlic, herbs, tomatoes and tomato paste.
Simmer for one hour.
Line a large buttered casserole dish with a layer of noodles.
Blend the cottage cheese, eggs and Parmesan together.
Place a layer of meat sauce on the noodles, then add a layer of noodles covering them with the cheese blend.
Alternate sauce, cheese blend and mozzarella layers.
Finish with a final layer of sauce covered with the mozzarella.
Bake in a preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 40 minutes.
Stand 15 minutes and serve.
