Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic powder 2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Tomato soup 2 Can (20 oz)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Lasagna noodles 9 , cooked, drained
  Grated mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mozzarella cheese slice 5
  Cream style cottage cheese/Grated parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In skillet, brown beef, onion, garlic, oregano.
Add soup, water, and vinegar.
Cook over low heat 30 minutes.
Arrange alternate layers of cooked noodles, grated cheeses, and meat sauce in a 9 x 13" pan.
Top with mozzarella slices.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Let set 15 minutes for easier Cutting.
Serve with warm garlic French bread and tossed salad.
