Vegetable Lasagna

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach package 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Leaf oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lasagna noodles 8 Ounce, cooked (1/2 Of 16 Ounce Package)
  Small curd cottage cheese 1 Pint (2 Cups)
  Grated mozzarella cheese 6 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

In 12x8x2-in glass dish place unwrapped frozen blocks of spinach.
Microwave at Low (3) for 12 to 14 Minutes, breaking apart after 10 minutes until thawed.
Drain.
In small bowl mix together tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms, onion, oregano, basil, salt and garlic powder.
Spread 1/2 cup sauce over bottom of 12x8x2-in dish.
Over sauce layer half lasagna noodles laid lengthwise, with spinach, half of cottage cheese, half of mozzarella cheese, half of tomato sauce in dish.
Repeat layers, with noodles laid horizontally.
Microwave at Medium-High (7) for 19 to 21 minutes.
