Ingredients

  Bulk pork sausage 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dried basil 2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Lasagna noodles 8 Ounce
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Ricotta cheese/Cream-style cottage cheese, drained 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mozzarella cheese 1 Pound, sliced
  Fat 12 Gram (Per Serving)
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Fennel seed 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Ground red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Low-fat cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mozzarella cheese 8 Ounce, sliced (Low Moisture, Part Skim Milk)
Directions

In a large skillet cook meat, onion, and garlic till meat is brown and onion is tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in the undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and basil.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often.
Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain.
Stir together eggs, ricotta or cream-style cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of the Parmesan, parsley, and pepper.
In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish layer half of the noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the mozzarella, and half of the meat sauce.
Repeat layers; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
Bake in a 375° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or till heated through.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
12 Gram Fat/Serving

Stir in the next seven ingredients.
Cover; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often.
Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions, except omit oil.
Drain.
Stir together egg, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of the Parmesan, parsley, and pepper.
In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish layer half of the noodles, half of the cottage cheese mixture, half of the mozzarella, and half of the meat sauce.
Repeat layers; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
Bake in a 375° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or till heated through.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
