Baked Lasagne

Ingredients
  Bulk italian sausage/Bulk pork sausage / ground beef 1 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Basil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can / 2 Cups)
  Canned tomato paste 12 Ounce (2 Cans Of 6 Ounce Each / 1 1/3 Cups)
  Lasagne noodles/Wide noodles 10 Ounce
  Cream style cottage cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mozzarella cheese 1 Pound, sliced thin
Directions

Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.
Add next 6 ingredients.
Simmer uncovered 30 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water till tender; drain; rinse in cold water.
Meanwhile combine cottage cheese with eggs, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese.
Place half the noodles in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; spread half the cottage-cheese mixture over; add half the Mozzarella cheese and half the meat sauce.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
Garnish with triangles of Mozzarella cheese.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting in squares— filling will set slightly.
