|Bolognese sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||4 Ounce|
|Parmesan cheese||2 Ounce, grated|
|Gruyere cheese||6 Ounce, sliced thinly|
This wide ribbon type of pasta forms the basis for many delicious dishes.
You can obtain the green spinach flavoured lasagna as well as the plain pasta.
Always use plenty of boiling salted water and a very large pan.
Either break into convenient pieces or lower one end of the long sticks into the boiling salted water, and wait for this to soften before allowing the rest of the pasta to go into the saucepan.
Cook the lasagna in boiling salted water for about 20-25 minutes until tender.
Strain and if using long pieces put these over the top of a saucepan to dry out.
Cut into convenient lengths.
Make the Bolognese sauce.
Put a layer of the lasagna into a buttered dish, then a layer of sauce, then a little cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and Gruyere cheese.
Fill the dish like this, ending with the Parmesan and Gruyere cheese.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes in the centre of a moderately hot oven (400°F - Gas Mark 5).
