Easy Lasagna

Ingredients
  Italian sausage/Bulk pork sausage 2 Pound
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Basil 2 Teaspoon
  Canned tomatoes 2 Pound (2 Cans, 1 Pound Each / 4 Cups)
  Canned tomato paste 24 Ounce (4 Cans, 6 Ounce Each / 2 3/4 Cups)
  Lasagna/Wide noodles 20 Ounce
  Cream style cottage cheese 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Beaten eggs 4
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mozzarella cheese/American cheese 2 Pound, thinly sliced
Directions

Brown meat slowly.
Spoon off excess fat.
Add next 6 ingredients.
Simmer uncovered about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water till tender; drain; rinse in cold water.
Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese, eggs, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese.
Place half the noodles in two 13 x 9 x 2-inch pans; spread half the cottage cheese mixture over; add half the Mozzarella cheese and half the meat sauce.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 375° 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting in squares—filling will set slightly.
