|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion soup mix||1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Canned tomato sauce||24 Ounce (3 Cans, 8 Ounces Each)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lasagna noodles||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Mozzarella cheese||1⁄2 Pound, sliced|
1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook, stirring with a fork, until meat is broken up and has lost its red color. Stir in onion soup mix, tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil. Cover with vac-control valve closed. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
2. Cook noodles according to directions on package. Drain well and let stand in cool water for easier separating.
3. Heat oven to 400°F.
4. In a 2-quart oblong baking dish, alternate layers of noodles, meat sauce and cheese, ending with cheese.
5. Bake 15 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
