New Style Lasagna

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lasagna noodles 8 (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Basic spaghetti sauce 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs), thawed
  Cottage cheese/Ricotta 1 Pound
  Swiss cheese slices 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper.
Drain.
Line bottom of a greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch casserole with uncooked lasagna noodles.
Spread with 1 cup Basic Spaghetti Sauce.
Add a layer of ground beef, a layer of cottage cheese, and a layer of Swiss cheese slices.
Continue process until pan is full.
End with sauce.
Cover tightly and bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on number of layers.
Top with Parmesan cheese while hot.
