Classic Lasagna

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Cans)
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Basil 1 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Small curd cottage cheese 12 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Beaten egg 1
  Seasoned salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked lasagna noodles 6
  Sliced mozzarella cheese 12 Ounce (Two 6 Ounce Packages)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 400°F (*375°F).
In skillet over medium high heat, cook beef and onion until meat is browned. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, basil, oregano, parsley flakes and garlic salt. Set meat sauce aside.
Combine cottage cheese, egg and seasoned salt.
In 3-quart (9" x 13") baking dish, spread 1/3 of meat sauce over bottom of pan. Top with half of lasagna noodles, then half of the cheese mixture and half of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Convection Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
