|Spaghetti sauce||32 Ounce|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Riccota cheese/1 3/4 cup cottage cheese||15 Ounce|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Lasagna noodles||9 , uncooked|
|Mozzarella cheese||1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Crumble ground beef in large glass bowl.
Cook on HIGH 4-5 minutes until beef is browned, stir once.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
Cook on HIGH 4-5 minutes until bubbly.
Combine Ricotta cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
Spoon 1/2 cup sauce into 8 x12 dish.
Alternately layer noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella, and sauce, forming 3 layers.
Cook covered with plastic wrap, at HIGH for 8 minutes and at MEDIUM-LOW 35 to 35 minutes.
Until noodles are tender.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, let stand covered 15 minutes before serving.
