Fragrant Lasagna

  Ground beef/Pork sausage / italian sausage 1 Pound
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Basil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Canned tomatoes 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Lasagna noodles 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Curd 12 Ounce (2 Cartons)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Mozzarella cheese 1 Pound, thinly sliced

Brown the meat in olive oil with garlic, parsley flakes, basil and salt.
Add tomatoes and tomato paste.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Cook noodles until tender, rinse in cold water.
Combine cottage cheese with beaten eggs, pepper, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese.
Place half the noodles in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish; spread half of the cottage cheese mixture over; add half of the Mozzarella cheese and half of the meat mixture.
Repeat layers and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
