Two Step Lasagna

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Spaghetti sauce 16 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Lasagna noodles 4 Ounce, uncooked
  Ricotta cheese 7 1⁄2 Ounce
  Mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
Directions

Place ground beef in a one quart casserole.
Break meat apart.
Microwave for 5-6 minutes at High (100%) power.
Stir and break meat apart halfway through.
Drain grease.
Combine cooked beef with sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 cup water.
Microwave for 5 minutes at High (100% power), or until hot.
In an 8 x 8 inch glass dish, layer 1/3 of the sauce, 1/2 of the uncooked noodles, all of the Ricotta cheese, all of the mozzarella cheese, another 1/3 of sauce, the remaining noodles.
Pour the remaining 1/3 of sauce over all.
Cover with two layers of plastic wrap.
Microwave for 12 minutes at High (100%) power.
Turn dish.
Microwave for 10-15 minutes at Medium (50% power).
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
Top with parmesan cheese, if desired.
