How To Make Easy Homemade Lasagna
|Non stick cooking spray||1|
|Ricotta cheese||15 Ounce (1 can)|
|Mozzarella cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frozen spinach||10 Ounce, squeezed and thawed (1 packet)|
|Spaghetti sauce||28 Ounce|
|Lasagna noodles||6 Gram, uncooked|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
1.Prehaet oven at 375 degrees.
2.Take a 11*7 baking pan and spray it with non stick cooking spray.
3.In a bowl add ricotta cheese,mozerella cheese,egg,spinach and mix well.
4.In the bottom of the baking pan spread one third of spagetti sauce.
5.Top it up with three uncooked lasagna noodles.
6.After this add the ricotta cheese,spinach mixture and sprinkle parmesan cheese on that .
7.Add another third of the spaggetti sauce and again place three uncooked lasagna noodles and finally on top of it add the remaining spaggetti sauce.
8.Cover it tightly with a foil and put it in the oven for about an hour.
9.Take it out of the oven and sprinkle one cup of mozerrela cheese on top of it.
10. Again put it back in the oven for another 5 or 10 minutes till the cheese melts.
11.Let it stand for another five minutes before serving.
12.Served best with garlic bread and salad.
