|Uncooked lasagna noodles||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Spaghetti sauce||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Thick)|
|Grated mozzarella cheese||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Small curd cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Brown meat and drain; add spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
Layer in 8 x 10-inch pan with 1/3 of sauce, 1/4 of uncooked lasagna noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese and half Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
May be refrigerated or frozen.
To cook, cover casserole and bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
If frozen, thaw before baking.
