Healthy and delicious Lasagna recipe made with Salmon & Veggie ( courgettes, aubergines, carrots, onion, tomatoes, peper) .
1 Tablespoon (Use Fresh)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
sTEP 1 : prepare your vegetables
Clean, peel and cut your veggie into fine slices
boil the carrots in water during 5 minutes and fry for 3 minutes the onions slices
Step 2 : prepare the sauce :
Cook tomatoes and garlic over medium heat with olive oil. Stir red peper. Season with salt, peper, and basil.
Allow to simmer gently for 5 to 10 minutes then add 200 ml of cream.
Step 3 : Slide the salmon into fine slices
Step 4 : Assembly your lasagna
Grease a baking dish with olive oil and start with a layer of courgettes
then lasagna noodles
cover with some sauce and then add the salmon slices carefully ;
cover with the onion and sprinkle some salt and peper on it ( very little),
add a layer of lasagna
add sauce again, a layer of carrots, spinkle again with salt, cougettes,
add some sauce and u can decorate with some tomatoes slices !
