|Grated cheese||1 Pound (4 Cups Any Kind Such As Mozzarella And Cheddar Combined)|
|Lasagna noodles||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
Cook lasagne noodles according to package directions.
While noodles are cooking, brown ground beef (and chopped onion if you like).
Drain any grease from the ground beef (can even rinse with warm water).
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray and layer: 1/4 the sauce, noodles, 1/2 the cottage cheese, 1/3 cheese, 1/4 more sauce, noodles, rest of cottage cheese, 1/3 more cheese, 1/4 more sauce, noodles, rest of sauce and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Â° or until bubbling hot.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking, but increase baking time to 45-50 minutes.
