Italian Ham Lasagna has a fine taste. Italian Ham Lasagna gets its taste from noodles mixed with cornstarch and ham. Italian Ham Lasagna is cherished by many ham eaters around the world.
  Diced fully cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low fat cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Dried minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Dannon Plain Nonfat / Low Fat)
  Italian seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Lasagna noodles 4 Ounce (6 Pieces)

Cook noodles according to package directions; rinse and drain.
Set aside.
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large saucepan combine milk, cornstarch and onion.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
Stir in yogurt.
Spread 2 tablespoons of yogurt sauce evenly on bottom of 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
Stir ham and Italian seasoning into remaining sauce.
Place 3 lasagna noodles in dish.
Spread with 1/3 of sauce.
Layer spinach on top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Layer another 1/3 of sauce, the cottage cheese and 1/2 of mozzarella cheese.
Place remaining noodles on top of cheese layer.
Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
Let stand 10 minutes
