Garlic Flavored Baked Lasagna
|Minced garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)|
|Crushed red pepper flakes||1 Dash|
|Dried oregano||1 Teaspoon|
|Tomato sauce/6 cups tomato juice reduced by half||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Ricotta cheese||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)|
|Cooked enriched lasagna macaroni||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs) (About 8 Strips)|
Add garlic, red pepper, oregano and sweetener (if desired) to Tomato Sauce.
Season ricotta with salt and pepper.
Spread some Tomato Sauce on bottom of a large baking dish.
Add 2 strips of cooked lasagna, top with one quarter of the cheese, cover with 2 more strips of lasagna and top with one quarter of the Tomato Sauce; repeat with remaining ingredients.
Cover dish with foil.
Bake about 1 hour at 325Â° F.
