|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Boil pasta strips just like macaroni.
Place 1 strip at the bottom of the oven-proof dish, then a layer of vegetable stew, then another strip of pasta, and so on until the last layer is a strip of pasta.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese liberally over the pasta and dot it with butter and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until golden on top.
