Tomato pasta sauce | 1000 Gram ((2 x 500g Jars)) | |
Ricotta cheese | 1000 Gram ((2 x 500g Packs)) | |
Grated mozzarella cheese | 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((plus extra Cheese (for topping))) | |
Grated parmesan cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Chopped spinach | 250 Gram ((I used frozen!)) | |
Vegetable soup mix | 30 Gram | |
Lasagna pasta sheets | 12 ((depending on size of pot)) |
MAKING:
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, spinach, vegetable soup mix, pepper and stir well.
In a crockpot, combine and assemble pasta sauce, lasagna pasta sheets, cheese mixture as shown in the video.
Cover with lid and cook for 5-6 hours in low setting.
Sprinkle more cheese on top, cover with lid and allow to stand for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
