  White wine 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Finely chopped mint 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste

Combine all ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
