Minted Lamb Chops
|Finely chopped mushrooms||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Lightly Browned In Butter Or Margarine)|
|Crushed mint leaves/1 tablespoon dry mint leaves||2 Tablespoon|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Lamb chops||8 , cut 1.5 to 2 inch thick (Use Loin Or Rib)|
Combine mushrooms, mint, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, and vinegar; toss gently to mix.
Grill chops about 4 inches from coals 8 to 10 minutes on one side.
Turn chops and spoon mushroom mixture over surface of each; grill second side 8 to 10 minutes, or until done.
