Ingredients
  Finely chopped mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Lightly Browned In Butter Or Margarine)
  Crushed mint leaves/1 tablespoon dry mint leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Lamb chops 8 , cut 1.5 to 2 inch thick (Use Loin Or Rib)
Directions

Combine mushrooms, mint, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, and vinegar; toss gently to mix.
Grill chops about 4 inches from coals 8 to 10 minutes on one side.
Turn chops and spoon mushroom mixture over surface of each; grill second side 8 to 10 minutes, or until done.
