Planked Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Lamb loin chops 6 (1 1/2 Inches Thick)
  Brussels sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked (Or As Required)
  Mashed potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed (Or As Required)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 550F degrees
2.Also remove bones from the meat

MAKING
3.Now roll each chop by wrapping tail of chop around large eye of meat
4.Now place chops 3 inches below broiler heat
5.Make sure to brown chops on both sides
6.Season to taste
7.On individual planks, place chops along with Brussels sprouts
8.Also border with mashed potatoes presses through a pastry tube
9.Now place under broiler heat until potatoes are browned

SERVING
10.Serve with a sauce of your choice, salads, vegetables or garlic bread
