Ingredients
  Cold mutton 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Lamb)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Capers 1 Tablespoon
  Mint 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Pepper To Taste (Small Amount)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat bread slices 8 , buttered
  Butter 4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by chopping the mutton or lamb very finely

MAKING
2.Place the lamb or mutton and add salt, capers, chopped mint, pepper and lemon juice
3.On thin slices of buttered whole wheat bread, spread the seasoned lamb

SERVING
4.Serve with a sauce of your choice
