Ingredients
  Fresh mint sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Lean ground lamb 1 Pound
  Soft bread crumbs 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Dry red wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Snipped fresh rosemary/1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic clove 2 Small, finely chopped
Directions

Prepare Fresh Mint Sauce.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Shape lamb mixture into 4 patties, each about 1 inch thick.
Place patties on microwavable rack in microwavable dish.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 3 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until patties are almost done, 3 to 4 minutes longer.
Let stand covered 3 minutes.
Serve with Fresh Mint Sauce.
Garnish with mint leaves and sliced kiwifruit, if desired.
