Lamb Patties With Fresh Mint Sauce
|Fresh mint sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Lean ground lamb||1 Pound|
|Soft bread crumbs||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Dry red wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Snipped fresh rosemary/1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic clove||2 Small, finely chopped|
Prepare Fresh Mint Sauce.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Shape lamb mixture into 4 patties, each about 1 inch thick.
Place patties on microwavable rack in microwavable dish.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 3 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until patties are almost done, 3 to 4 minutes longer.
Let stand covered 3 minutes.
Serve with Fresh Mint Sauce.
Garnish with mint leaves and sliced kiwifruit, if desired.
