Ingredients
  Lamb crown/Mutton crown 1
  Mushroom stuffing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt pork To Taste, sliced
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 300F degrees
2.While shopping for the crown from the market, make sure to tell the butcher to shape the ribs (12-15) into a crown and scraping the rib ends
MAKING
3.In a plate, place the ribs and season with salt and pepper
4.Now fill the center of crown with stuffing
5.Use sliced salt pork to wrap rib ends
6.In an open roasting pan, place the crown and roast it in a slow oven for 30-35 minutes per pound
SERVING
7.Serve with apricot mint sauce, lettuce salad, or rice
