Lamb With Parsley is an easy to prepare side dish which you will simply love. I bet, you will surely get a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
  Fresh bread crumbs 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 cups)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Vegetable oil 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Lamb chops 8
Directions

Preheat 10 cup (2.5 L) browning dish on High for 6 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Press mixture onto both sides of chops to coat completely.
Place chops in hot browning dish and press down to brown meat; microwave on Medium for 6 minutes, turning chops halfway through cooking time.
