Leg Of Lamb (Greek-Style)

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground anise seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Or Crushed)
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Container)
  Leg lamb 7 Pound, boned, trimmed and butterflied (1 In Number)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except lamb in large, shallow glass baking pan.
Add idmbto marinade; turn to coat evenly.
Marinate, covered, in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 500°.
Place lamb on rack in shallow baking pan.
Roast 30 minutes.
Baste with marinade.
Turn and roast 15 minutes.
Thick portions will be slightly pink.
To serve, slice.
