|Lamb chops||6 (1 Inch Thick)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Add fat to uncovered cooker and heat to brown chops on both sides.
Add salt and pepper.
Add water, cover cooker, bring pressure to 15 lbs., for 10 minutes.
Allow pressure to reduce normally
