Lamb Peppers

Ingredients
  Green peppers 6
  Finely chopped lamb 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken consomme/Chicken bouillon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Remove stems and seeds of green peppers.
Parboil peppers 5 minutes or till barely tender.
Mix together lamb, bread crumbs, consomme, tomato, salt, garlic salt and vinegar.
Stuff mixture into the peppers; bake in a greased pan at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
